Introducing the Kaji Border tile, a remarkable creation crafted by one of Mittsu’s master ceramicists using traditional Japanese techniques. Each porcelain tile showcases the beauty of fine craftsmanship, offering a truly artisanal product. The deep, rich tones of the Koyohen tile, combined with its naturally occurring glaze variations, make it an exceptional choice for those seeking a blend of heritage and sophistication.
What sets the Kaji Border tile apart is its distinct glaze finish, which offers a mesmerising interplay of light and shadow. The glaze is carefully applied to create a dynamic, almost tactile surface that reflects its natural surroundings, enhancing the depth of each tile. This subtle texture gives the tile a multi-dimensional quality, making it not only visually appealing but also stimulating to the touch. The glaze’s variations in tone and finish—from glossy to semi-matte—ensure that no two tiles are the same, adding a layer of uniqueness to any space.
The Kaji Border tile features an intriguing and sympathetic aesthetic that’s rooted in its earthy, natural palette. Its slightly uneven texture evokes the feel of handcrafted pottery, while maintaining the durability and precision of modern ceramic work. This versatile tile is equally at home on walls or floors, providing an elegant yet timeless touch to both residential and commercial projects. Whether you’re seeking to add texture to a bathroom or bring an artistic element to a kitchen, the Kaji Border is designed to enhance any space with its authentic craftsmanship, rich textures, and subtle beauty.
