Moon Tiles: A Masterpiece of Lunar Inspiration

Introducing Moon, a remarkable creation from one of Japan’s most skilled Master Ceramicists. Inspired by the waxing and waning phases of the moon, these tiles are crafted to evoke the natural beauty and rhythm of the night sky. Each tile is meticulously formed with a 55mm diameter, and its design features a gradual rise from 6mm to 13mm, creating a subtle three-dimensional effect. This unique shape allows light to dance across the surface, casting gentle shadows that shift with the time of day, giving the installation a dynamic, living quality.

The surface of each tile is glazed to perfection, offering a refined finish that blends a smooth texture with a delicate sheen. The subtle speckling effect adds further depth, while the naturally curved form invites touch, adding not just visual appeal but also a tactile experience. The distinctive rise and fall of the tile create a sculptural effect that interacts with light in an elegant and captivating way, making every installation truly one-of-a-kind.

What sets Moon tiles apart is their ability to create a striking visual rhythm. Whether arranged in flowing patterns or as bold accents, the tiles can transform a space into a harmonious work of art, reflecting the quiet beauty of the lunar cycle. Their timeless design transcends trends, offering a sense of refined elegance that elevates any environment—from high-end hospitality projects to modern residential spaces.

These tiles are more than a decorative material; they are a statement piece, blending craftsmanship, artistry, and nature into one extraordinary design. Moon tiles offer an opportunity to create spaces that feel alive, with depth and character that only grow more fascinating over time.
