Oshu Border tile is crafted by one of Mittsu Japanese Master Ceramicists.
Each piece has a slightly concave surface and deep texture.
There is a slight speckling effect on all of the tiles but it’s not so obvious on the black; this combined with a naturally coloured edge on each stick makes for a wall with deep interest.
The white is not pure white but slightly off; this shade is extremely flexible and compliments almost all other colours, including pure white items close to it. Every installation of Oshu in White seems to take on its own life, making it difficult to believe that it's the same tile! Have a look at more installations here. (Please note that this product is called Yuki in Europe, so many of the images have that name)
Each tile measures 145x20 mm and is 8.5mm thick.
The Sheet is 296x292.5 mm and a carton has 20 sheets, which cover 1.68m2
